Once we confirm availability, your items will be reserved. We'll send you an event contract and require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. A credit card authorization form will also be provided for your completion and kept on file for any damages or unreturned items

45 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT

Our rental concierge will connect with you to plan the logistics, including delivery location and time, setup and teardown expectations, and collection details. Please share any floor plans and key contacts—such as your planner or venue coordinator—at this time.

30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT

We'll confirm your final order and send an invoice for the remaining balance

WEEK OF YOUR EVENT

Our rental concierge will reach out to confirm delivery and collection times and location.
